The Memorandum of Understanding on the Cooperation between the Economic Belt of the Road and the Construction of the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road and the Eurasian Initiative and the conclusion of a docking agreement with China, China and South Korea reached an important consensus on promoting the integration of China’s “Belt and Road” with the South Korea’s Eurasian Initiative .
